At the table

  1. Pull up a chair.

    Whot the way your table plays it: Naija Classic, Street, Relaxed, Knockout or the 1935 original.

  2. Deal everyone in.

    Up to 8 players at one table. Play with AI, pass one phone around the room, or open an online room.

  3. Chips on the table.

    Start with 1,000 chips and get 500 more every day. Free play chips with no cash value.

  4. Your turn.

    Your seat glows gold. Tap a card to turn it over.

About Naija Table

Naija Table is a warm 3D games table for the Nigerian card and board games you know. Pull up a chair, deal the cards and play Whot the way your table plays it, with the calls you know: “Hold on”, “Pick two”, “Go to market” and “Check up”.

Questions

Do I need an account?

Not to Play with AI or pass and play. Online rooms need an account, and you sign in with your email and a one-time code.

Can I buy chips or win money?

No. Chips are free play chips with no cash value. They're never sold, never cashed out and never moved between players.

Can friends in the same room play without data?

Yes, with hotspot play (in Beta). One phone turns on its hotspot and everyone else joins it.

Which Whot rules does it use?

You choose. Naija Classic is the default, and you can switch to another set or change any rule before you start. How to play has the short version.

How do I get it on Android?

Download the Android app (APK) from this page, or play in your browser. Google Play and the App Store are coming soon. On iPhone, play in Safari for now.

Is the Android download safe?

It comes straight from the Naija Table website. Each release lists its SHA-256 checksum, so you can check the file is the real one before you install it. Support explains how.
